Submission

Submitting your manuscript to SSVM 2021

The submission deadline is January 29, 23:59 CET.

Your manuscript submitted to SSVM should describe original and unpublished work. Simultaneous submission to other conferences with proceedings or submission of previously published material is not acceptable. The maximum length of manuscripts is 12 pages including bibliography.

All manuscripts should be prepared according to LNCS format guidelines.

Submissions are accepted in electronic form as single pdf files via the

CMT conference website

Please make sure to create an account early in order to avoid any submission issues close to the deadline.

In order to ease the reviewing process, please select one or several subject areas.

As our reviewing process is double blinded, the manuscripts must be anonymous. Authors’ names should not appear in the submitted files. When citing your own work, please do so in a neutral way (use "In [2], the authors show..." instead of "In [2], we show...").

Note that manuscripts that do not follow these requirements will be rejected without review.

Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
